What's it mean to be a "Wing Supplier"?
Ideally, we're seeking 10-15 vendors to donate chicken wings and optionally any similair foods. This is a buffalo-style event; however, we are open to other food styles. With an expected audience of 750 guests, we would like each vendor to generously provide 150-250 wings. We understand there might be costs associated with this; however, as this is a charitable event, we ask for your kind donation to this cause. The exchange system will work by allowing customers to purchase tickets (raffle-style). Each ticket is equivalent to one wing. Customers can buy five tickets for $5.00, 10 for $7.00, or 15 for $10.00. All proceeds go towards The 22 Project. The exchange rate for any additional menu items that you wish to provide can be determined prior to the event, and you'll be provided a laminated vendor sign to display your business.
